About Wedding Vendor Cost
Wedding Vendor Cost is a free resource that aggregates wedding vendor pricing data from vendor submissions and couple-reported quotes. Our goal is to help couples plan realistic budgets and vendors understand market rates.
How We Collect Data
Our pricing data comes from two sources:
- Vendor submissions: Wedding professionals submit their pricing to earn a "Verified Pricing" badge and help couples find them.
- Couple submissions: Engaged couples anonymously share quotes they receive, helping future couples understand real market costs.
Phase 1: Southeast Cities
We're starting with five Southeast metro areas and four vendor categories:
- Cities: Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Tampa
- Categories: Photographer, DJ, Florist, Cake
We plan to expand to more cities and categories as we collect more data.
Free API
All our pricing data is available via a free JSON API at /data/prices.json. Use it in your app, AI agent, or analysis tools.
